Purpose of the website
This website provides information about the Flors Carrió flower shop and its products, and makes it easy to get in touch. It is not an online shop: you cannot buy or pay on it.
The prices shown are guide prices ("from"), VAT included. The final price and the conditions of each order are confirmed when you talk to us.
Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to the owner or are used with their permission. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
The street names suggested in the order form come from OpenStreetMap (opens in a new tab) (© OpenStreetMap contributors), available under the ODbL licence.
Links to other services
The website links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps). The owner is not responsible for the content or policies of those services.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.

What data we process
This website does not collect personal data or store it on any server.
The order form only prepares a message on your device. What you write (product, date, delivery address and notes, where you can say who the order is for and give a contact phone number) does not reach us until you send the message from WhatsApp. From that moment, and also if you email or call us, we process the data you give us, together with your phone number or email address.
What we use it for
To prepare and deliver your order and to answer your questions. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing the contract you request (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle the order and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with anyone unless required by law. If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta), which applies its own privacy policy. The website hosting provider may log technical connection data, such as the IP address, for security reasons.
The map in the contact section is loaded from Google Maps: when you visit the page, Google receives technical data such as your IP address and, where applicable, its cookies (see the cookie policy).
Google reviews
The website reproduces some reviews that customers have published on the shop's Google listing, under the name they signed them with. This data was already public. If you wrote a review and want us to remove it from this website, email us at florscarrio@gmail.com.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its processing, or request its portability by writing to florscarrio@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (opens in a new tab).
